Oh Blessed Saint Lazarus, patron of the poor, I call on your spirit to ask a favor. I have in my hands a crutch and a medal that carries your name; I believe in you Saint Lazarus. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, I trust in your infinite goodness to intercede for me through Jesus Christ our Lord, to grant this petition.
